How Bay Area Referral Partners runs, what we expect of members, and how meetings work. Effective January 1, 2026.

We are an established networking group made up of business professionals whose purpose is to assist each other in obtaining referrals and contacts to enhance and expand each other’s business.
Bylaws are the written rules of conduct for an organization. They are a contract among members, and must be formally adopted and/or amended by a majority vote of the membership.
Membership Committee: Mark Rogers, David Flaig, Michelle Velez.
The leadership committee is responsible for coordinating visitor follow-ups, determining whether applicants are suitable for group membership, performing periodic reviews of members and recommending members for expulsion.
Meetings are held every other Monday on Zoom. Please turn off or silence all cellphones and other devices during the meeting, and arrive on time.
After meeting with three leadership team members for individual one-to-ones, the leadership team will review the application and decide whether the prospective member is a good fit for the group.
The Executive Leadership is responsible for deciding to remove a member for any of the following reasons:

Procedures instruct the group on how its activities are carried out in keeping with its Bylaws (or Policies). Procedures may not conflict with the Bylaws.

The management team will hold annual reviews with individual members to discuss performance, stats and attendance, and to address any business coaching needs. We are here to help you improve and grow.
